Lorenzo Hotel

The Lorenzo Hotel is a 237 room 12-story development located in the Cedars neighborhood on the southern edge of downtown Dallas. The $38 million project converts a 1972 property that had been vacant for more than five years into an art centric boutique hotel. The project includes restaurant and meeting space on the top floor with panoramic views of the downtown skyline, a resort-style pool area, and a shipping container corner retail village. Street scape improvements have enhanced the South Akard Street pedestrian connection and assisted in the linkage of the Cedars area to downtown and the convention center.
